IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

RIDER REGISTRATION: All riders must properly register. All riders must personally be present for rider registration. Minors must accompany their parent or guardian to registration. Completion of minor release form is required for Friday practice.

All minors attending this event without parents must come with a notarized statement from parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases. Click link below if you need to print ahead of time

ANNUAL RELEASE FORMS

1. All Riders must be present at registration with AMA card and last 4 digits of frame number.

2. Registration will be processed at the track.

3. All Payments are done at track.

4. Registration accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash (credit card fees may apply)

5. Minors must be accompanied by a Parent/ Guardian/Authorized Adult at registration.

6. Any minor attending the event must come with a notarized letter from Parent or Legal Guardian giving permission for another adult to act as Guardian/ Authorized Adult. Guardian/Authorized Adult with minor must have two copies of “notarized” statement to be able to sign releases for minor.

PROPERTY RULES AND INFORMATION:

PARKING

RV HOOKUPS: we have 10 electrical spots on site that are first come first serve. They include water and electricity no dump. Spots are $40 a day and money will be collected at your arrival. These spaces are very tight so if you plan on spreading out, you might rethink electrical spot, or pay for 2.
DRY CAMPING: we have plenty of room on property to set up your camp, please keep in mind our other guests, camping spots should not exceed 20ft in width.

No refunds.

PIT RIDING

Pit Pass for all Pit Vehicles (this will be Policed) - $20
MUST be 16 years or older with a Valid Driver's License AND wear a HELMET on all motorcycles.
You must follow the rules or you will forfeit your pass. Quiet pits after 9 pm every night.

NO ONE UNDER 16 ALLOWED OPERATING A PIT VEHICLE.
NO VENTURING OFF ON TO OTHER AREAS OF THE PROPERTY, ALL AREAS OTHER THAN THE PARKING AREA ARE PROHIBITED. SIGNS MARK DO NOT ENTER, IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE OF THE AREA, OR BREAKING THE RULES YOU WILL LOSE ALL PIT VEHICLE PRIVILEGES

PETS

All pets MUST be on a leash. No vicious or barking pets permitted.

TICKETS

Your arm band is your weekend pass and must be worn at all times. If you leave the facility, you must have it on in order to re-enter. This is your gate ticket. Do not take it off.

GARBAGE

You will be given a trash bag when you enter, Please place by our trash receptacles. You are responsible for your area. More trash bags are available at the front ticket booth at no charge.

RV DUMP

DO NOT DUMP YOUR TANKS AT YOUR CAMPSITE or ON THE ROAD as you leave.

DO NOT JUMP/CROSS FENCES. NO ONE is permitted inside the race area this is a restricted area and is off limits to anyone who is not Reynard Raceway personnel.

MECHANICS

Your rider will receive one mechanic’s wristband at time of registration. Only one mechanic’s wristband per rider, it must be worn at all times. Nobody without a mechanics wristband will be allowed back into the staging/gate area. Mechanics are to stay in their designated area during the race.

GATES

Nobody is permitted in front of the gates at any time. Mechanics only in staging and gate area. .

NO ONE is ALLOWED on/in or around racing surface or restricted area unless designated by REFEREE. ALL Patrons must remain outside fencing at ALL TIMES.

SECURITY is headquartered at the front gate.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

We do not have Rider Medical Insurance, and urge you not to race without it. Riders are responsible for their own medical insurance. Rider medical insurance is available through the AMA’s RAMP Program at (800) 556-7614 or visit http://www.insurance4ama.com .

PROHIBITED ITEMS

No fireworks, firearms, weapons, illegal substances, glass containers or any other items that may pose a safety hazard to our guests or competitors are permitted.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

All racing rigs/ motor homes/ camping vehicles must have fully functioning fire extinguishers readily available in the event of an emergency. There is also one located inside the score tower

SEARCH POLICY

All persons, vehicles and their contents are subject to search at any time. If any prohibited items are found, you may remove them from the property yourself, or we will dispose of them for you. We are not responsible for the safe return of any confiscated items.

GUEST CONDUCT

Motocross racing is a family sport. We will not tolerate offensive or inappropriate conduct and reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises. Riders are responsible for the conduct of their crew members, family and friends. This includes your behavior in and around Wellston, Oklahoma and neighboring communities.

BANNERS

DO NOT take the banners or signage. Violators will be prosecuted for theft and trespassing.

CAMPFIRES

No campfires please. Due to the large amount of guests and racing rigs, we cannot permit fires of any kind.

QUIET TIME

Quiet time is from 10:00 pm until 6:00am. All loud noise must be turned off at this time. Our racers need their rest!
